Former Hills star, Lauren Conrad, debuted a new darker hair color at the MTV VMAs. I am not feeling it. She looks much better as a blonde. I also think someone was slightly heavy handed with the spray tan, because she looks over tanned and orange. Her outfit choice, even though a nice dress, was not a good choice for this awards ceremony. Fail.
